Resham Jain
Resham Jain brings over 20 years of professional experience across asset management, sell‑side research, corporate finance and academic training, including nearly a decade with DSP Asset Managers (erstwhile DSP BlackRock Investment Managers). As Co‑Fund Manager of DSP Small Cap Fund (erstwhile DSP Micro Cap Fund), he co‑managed the strategy from 1 March 2018 to 30 June 2025, during which assets grew from about ₹5,000 crore to approximately ₹17,000 crore and the fund generated excess returns over the BSE Small Cap 250 index. He is professionally qualified as a CFA (USA), holds an MS in Finance from ICFAI University, and has cleared FRM exam and CFP exam. He is fully aligned with investors through skin in the game, investing in publicly listed companies only via this AIF to avoid conflicts of interest.
Taniya Nahata
Taniya Nahata leads the operations function with over a decade of experience across risk, broking, operations, systems, lending and training at institutions such as Anagram Stock Broking, Morgan Stanley and Edelweiss Stock Broking. She oversees risk and compliance, client servicing and operational processes, and brings strong professional credentials as a CFA (India) charterholder and FRM (Cleared).
Uttam Purohit
Uttam Purohit is a Senior Research Analyst with over four years of equity research experience across multiple sectors. He currently covers Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Technology. Prior to joining VVD, he worked at Monarch Networth Capital Ltd. and Perfect Research, with experience in company analysis, valuation, and sector research.
Axay Shah
CA Axay Shah is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant from ICAI with experience in evaluating businesses from an ownership perspective. He covers Healthcare and Financial Services, with strengths in fundamental analysis, financial modeling, and long-term investment research. Before joining VVD, he worked with Kriis PMS and Toro Wealth Managers across multiple sectors.
Jeeval Shah
Jeeval Shah supports the investment team as an Equity Research Associate, focusing on consumption‑oriented sectors. He brings strong academic grounding with a BBA (Hons) and has cleared CFA Level 1, contributing fresh analytical perspective and rigorous fundamental research support to the portfolio manager. He is with the firm since September’25.
Jyoti Yadav
Jyoti Yadav is a Finance professional with over 3 years of experience in financial operations, with a strong focus on process optimization and regulatory compliance. Currently pursuing an MBA in Fintech and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets. Previously associated with Geojit IFSC Ltd., where she handled international client onboarding and supported SEZ and IFSCA compliance, ensuring robust governance and regulatory adherence.
